How Latvia income tax works
The calculator applies the published tax bands to income after the supported deductions and personal allowance. Each band applies only to the portion inside it. These bands use the taxable income base.
Non-taxable minimum: EUR 6600. The result includes the actual allowed amount and the marginal effect of tapering.
| Taxable annual income | Rate |
|---|---|
| EUR 0 - and above | 25.5% |
Additional schedules: Additional 7.5% on annual income above EUR 105,300 (33% rate). These are calculated separately and included in the tax total. Component-specific credits are applied only to their own tax schedule.
The displayed tax total covers Personal income tax. See the country assumptions for details.
