- No exempt meal or transport allowances, benefits in kind, irregular bonuses, holiday subsidy adjustment or special worker regime is included.
- The standard national minimum salary is AOA100,000 per month. The separate AOA50,000 minimum for microenterprises and startups is outside this profile.
Coverage & limitations
Rule version AO-2026-v1 · Tax year 2026. See sources, monitoring and verification status.
- Ordinary general-regime employees only. Domestic work, low-income activities, retirees returning to work, self-employment and special regimes use different contribution or tax rules.
- Tax is annualised from twelve equal monthly pay periods. Variable monthly pay can produce a different total because IRT is withheld monthly.
- Taxable allowances, exemptions, irregular remuneration and employer-specific payroll adjustments are not included.
- Independent professional verification pending.
